Samsung Smart TV
Requirements
- A recent Samsung television connected to the internet
- Access to the Samsung app store
Steps
- From the home screen, open the app store (Home button, then Apps).
- Search for the compatible app named in your activation message.
- Install it and launch it: a device identifier (MAC or key) appears on screen.
- Send us that identifier if your activation message asks for it.
- Then enter the credentials we sent you and confirm.
Signing in
The app remembers your credentials — next time you switch on, it opens straight onto your content list.
If it does not work
If the app does not appear in the store, your model is most likely too old. A Fire TV Stick or an Android box on an HDMI port solves it.

LG Smart TV (webOS)
Requirements
- An LG webOS television connected to the internet
- Access to the LG Content Store
Steps
- Open the LG Content Store from the home bar.
- Search for the compatible app we named and install it.
- Launch the app: it displays a device identifier.
- Enter your KING365TV credentials when prompted.
- Wait for the content list to load the first time.
Signing in
The login is kept. To switch accounts, clear the app data in the television settings.
If it does not work
Black screen at launch? Close the app completely (hold the back button), then reopen it. If it persists, unplug the television for thirty seconds.

Android TV / Google TV
Requirements
- An Android TV or Google TV television or box
- A Google account already signed in on the device
Steps
- Open the Google Play Store from the home screen.
- Search for the compatible app named in your activation message.
- Install it, then open it.
- Choose to add an account, then enter your KING365TV credentials.
- Let the first load finish before browsing categories.
Signing in
You can pin the app to the home row so it is one click away.
If it does not work
If typing with the remote is painful, install the Google TV app on your phone and use it as a keyboard.

Android box
Requirements
- A recent Android box (Android 9 or newer recommended)
- A stable internet connection, wired if possible
Steps
- Plug the box into an HDMI port and switch the television to that source.
- Connect the box to your network, then apply any pending updates.
- Install the compatible app from the device's store.
- Open the app and enter your KING365TV credentials.
Signing in
On most boxes the app stays signed in even after a restart.
If it does not work

Requirements
- A Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Stick 4K or Fire TV Cube
- An active Amazon account on the device
Steps
- Plug the stick into an HDMI port and select that source on the television.
- From the home screen, open search and look for the compatible app we named.
- Install the app, then launch it.
- Enter your KING365TV credentials on the sign-in screen.
Signing in
Add the app to your favourites so it sits on the first row of the home screen.
If it does not work
Stick running warm or slowing down after a few hours? Restart it from Settings > My Fire TV > Restart and free up space by removing unused apps.

Formuler
Requirements
- A recent-generation Formuler box
- The box's built-in player
Steps
- Switch the box on and connect it to the internet.
- Open the built-in player supplied with the device.
- Create a new playback profile.
- Enter the address and credentials sent in your activation message.
- Save the profile, then start it.
Signing in
The profile is saved — next time you only need to select it.
If it does not work
If the profile refuses to load, check every character of the address: one missing capital or dash is enough to block the connection.

MAG box
Requirements
- A portal-compatible MAG box
- The portal address supplied with your credentials
Steps
- Plug in the box and let it boot completely.
- Open Settings > System settings > Servers > Portals.
- Name the portal (KING365TV, for example) and enter the address provided.
- Save, then restart the box.
Signing in
The box loads the portal automatically on every start-up.
If it does not work
A MAG box is identified by the MAC address printed underneath it. Send it to us if the portal shows an authorisation message.

iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
Requirements
- An up-to-date Apple device
- Access to the Canadian App Store
Steps
- Open the App Store and search for the compatible app named in your message.
- Install it, then open it.

On iPhone and iPad you can send the picture to an AirPlay-compatible television.
If it does not work

Requirements

Steps
- Install the compatible player we point you to.
- Open it, then add a new source or playlist.
- Paste the address provided and enter your credentials.
- Play something to confirm everything works.
Signing in
The player remembers the source — it reappears the next time you open it.
If it does not work
If playback stutters on an older computer, lower the video quality in the player settings or close other applications.
