The data we collect
We collect only what you send us voluntarily: the order form details (name, email address, province, device used, subscription length, optional message) and the content of your conversations with our support team over WhatsApp or Telegram.
No password, banking credential or payment card data is entered, processed or stored on this website.
How that data is used
It is used to answer your request, prepare and activate your subscription, send your access details, help you through installation and handle renewals. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, plus local storage to remember your language and your cookie choice. Audience-measurement cookies are only set after your explicit consent; until you accept, no measurement script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
How long we keep it
Order information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our administrative obligations, then deleted. Support conversations remain within the messaging app concerned, under that app's own rules.
Third-party services
When you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, the exchange is governed by those services' privacy policies, which we do not control. If audience measurement is enabled with your consent, it uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.
