Purpose
KING365TV provides subscriptions giving access to a streaming entertainment service, together with the assistance needed to configure it on your devices.
Ordering and activation
An order takes effect once payment has been confirmed by our team. Credentials are personal: they are sent through the channel you chose and must not be resold or shared outside your household.
Simultaneous connections
Unless stated otherwise, a subscription allows one stream at a time. Use beyond what your subscription provides for may result in access being interrupted.
Your obligations
You agree to use the service privately within your household, not to redistribute it, not to attempt to bypass its technical limits, and to comply with the law applicable in your province or territory.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any particular third-party content, the quality of your internet connection, or the behaviour of apps published by external developers. An interruption caused by your internet provider, your hardware or a third party is outside our responsibility.
Support
Support is provided over WhatsApp and Telegram, in English and French, for the duration of your subscription.
Suspension
We may suspend access in cases of sharing, resale, or use that plainly conflicts with these terms.
Trademarks and absence of affiliation
The device, system and application names used on this site (Samsung, LG, Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, Apple, Windows, Mac, Formuler, MAG, WhatsApp and Telegram, among others) are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for descriptive purposes only, to indicate compatibility and to explain installation steps.
KING365TV is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies, and claims no partnership, licence or certification from them. Third-party apps installed on your device remain governed by their publishers’ own terms.
Reporting
Anyone who believes that material published on this site infringes their rights, or who spots a factual error, can write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram from the Contact page. We review every report and correct or remove the material concerned where the request is well founded.
